I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Ivana at the front desk set the tone - professional, helpful, kind... and it never went down from there! The gentleman who tends bar is an absolute gem. The girlfriend I was traveling with is deaf and he took really good care of her. We booked early excursions two days and left before we could eat breakfast, and they sent us off with breakfast bags. There is even a machine in the pool / spa area to spin most of the water out of your swimsuit so you don't have to pack a sopping wet suit. There was a group of loud, boisterous tourists who were making a lot of noise into the wee hours of the morning and they addressed that immediately. They were absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this property. There was even a beautiful male peacock next to the front door to greet us as we arrived. :)

A very nice hotel to stay at. Good breakfast, but you should be more than 180cm to get to fried eggs, bacon, cold cuts etc as much of the food was placed a bit high up and far inside so that it was impossible to open the lids over the food. ;-) My partner had to have my help to get to this point. Very pleasant staff and a great indoor swimming facility where it was also possible to book a massage. The hotel was a little outside the city, with about a 15-20 minute walk, but I would undoubtedly choose this hotel again. I kept forgetting to write something about the cleaning staff. They were efficient and did a very good job. In our room, they had fixed and arranged while we ate breakfast.

The property is modern and well designed. It is clean and comfortable. The hotel is back away from the street making it quiet, even when sitting on the outside balconies. The spa downstairs is very nice with great amenities. We particularly liked coming back to enjoy the spa after a long day of site seeing. The breakfast was diverse and of good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walking from the main tour areas of Split so it was convenient but far enough away not to be in the middle of huge crowds and noise.

The wi fi didn’t work but a quick call to reception and it was sorted. The spa is a fabulous added bonus and yet again a very helpful, friendly member of staff made it all so very easy and comfortable. Seriously the women in this hotel are excellent. The breakfast was excellent and way above the normal standard so I will be going back and recommending Time.

Great initiative taken eg following up with tour operator managing our boat cruise without my asking, super flexibility in spa when we were delayed arriving, lots of suggestions for beach stops en route back up to Zagreb. Great food at restaurants on site.
